Design Guidelines 2023 Edit page

Preservation of the integrity, quality, and value of Whittier Heights is a key objective of its residents.  The Design Guidelines provide the basis for a common understanding of the community standards established to uphold this objective.

These Guidelines have been adopted by the Whittier Heights Architectural Control Committee (ACC), as authorized by the Whittier Heights Second Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs).  Per this authority, they may be amended at any time by the ACC and Board of Directors in support of homeowner needs and desires.
